We loved our 1 night stay here, it was very clean and accommodating for us (2 couples). We had a problem when we left. I forgot my laptop and went back half hour later to find it as the cleaners were finishing up. Melanie was very understanding and returned my call immediately to help w/ us returning to the room to get the laptop! Would highly recommend!

Great spot and great host, communication was fantastic. Pool area is nice and then the boat ramp and dock area is beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

A friend and I stayed at Melanie's condo for a week. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was so nice. Ocean Pointe is very private and there is a guard at the gate. Ample parking. Easy access to the condo with the key pad. When we opened the door we fell in love. The condo is nicely furnished, extremely clean and the sun pours through the windows. We sat on the balcony every morning and had our coffee and then off to the beach. We loved walking past the fishing boats. Plenty of new chairs at both the beach and the pool. Swings for kids. Bar b que area. Beautiful pool. I think what impressed me the most was how quiet it was. Honestly, its cozy and comfortable and has everything you need. Having the washer and dryer was a plus. Everyone we met was so nice whether owner, renter or employee. Melanie made sure we were ok but we couldn't say anything other than we loved it. We can't wait to go back. ps. it's on the 4th floor but there is an elevator if you need it!!!

We stayed at Melanie’s place for two nights while we explored the Keys. The condo was in a nice location in the upper keys and was exactly as described. It was comfortable for 4 adults and very clean and tastefully decorated. Melanie supplies everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex has a very nice pool which we were unable to enjoy as our stay was too short but was definitely an asset. The beach area is nice but not what I expected. The water wasn’t anything I would swim in but that’s just me. Overall Melanie’s place was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We would definitely recommend “toes in the sand” to anyone visiting the Florida Keys.
