Sophie's place is wonderful. Everything is like in the pictures. Soffie is trying to take care of everything if asked. However, there are different photos and if it is important to you which apartment you get, you should ask beforehand! It doesn't always work, but you should keep at it. I think that she has a lot to do and that's why you should ask several times! Then it will work. I'd love to come back, it's a very nice place to have a relaxed holiday in The Gambia, even if you're a woman and want to travel alone. Everything is safe and the people who take care of the compound are very nice and always willing to help. I look forward to coming back!

I had a short stay and I liked it so much that I extended for a much longer stay. This place is beautiful with all of the amenities you could want. The country has issues with loss of electricity in a daily basis so the backup generator is a definite plus. This is my go-to home for friend and family visits or for staycation when we want to upgrade our living for a while. This place is what I am use to when I want to treat myself back home in the United States.

Great apartment, very clean and with an awesome view of the beach. Had an excellent stay here. Had a minor issue with electricity but overall I would recommend this apartment for a nice vacation.
