Great place, we enjoyed it very much! Open space, nice kitchen, very much like the listing. Very easy access to Sugar Bowl, Donner Ski Ranch, etc. Communication is great and they were able to get us a late checkout so we could squeeze in one last day of skiing. (Only issue is that we came up in April and the patio & grill were totally iced over and inaccessible, even though it hadn't snowed for a few weeks.)

Our stay was perfect! We skiied at Sugar Bowl so it was super close to the slopes. Enjoyed the fireplace ; kitchen was well equipped and the layout was perfect for one couple and their baby to be upstairs with the extra loft space for baby stuff, while we older folks stayed on the main level and still had an extra bedroom. Thoughtful touches throughout made our stay extra special! We especially enjoyed taking our granddaughter on her first sled ride! We will definitely try to stay here again when we come to the Lake Tahoe area.

Could not have been more impressed with the cabin and the host. Extremely responsive and the cabin was so beautiful, clean and it’s situated in the most ideal location. One of the best hosts, cabin and experiences I have ever had on Airbnb. I wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!

Randy is an exceptional host. There was a problem with the igniter in the stove on New Years Day. I reached out to Randy via the AirBnb app and he wrote back within minutes. He found a neighbor who offered to let us borrow a toaster oven while he tried to find someone to fix the stove. We never had to pick up the toaster over, because Randy was able to find someone to come by and fix the stove within an hour. That level of service from AirBnb hosts has, sadly, become much less common, especially with so many units managed by large professional management companies. Randy is a solo owner who takes serious pride in this unit, and it shows! Thank you Randy!!!
