Beautiful, modern, great location. Very clean and there is privacy. However, the room was more of an ensuite as it is attached to the house almost as a basement. Upon arrival you could hear a dog barking and hear/smell what the owners were doing. Only main downfall was we could not control the AC/heat.

Truly a pleasant stay. Probably my favorite air bnb to date! Very clean and cozy. Katherine was a great host and the private room with bathroom and kitchen had everything I needed! The private porch was also nice and had a beautiful view. Lovely drive to work at Gainesville hospital. I already booked again for future stays!

Beautiful place inside and outside, very comfortable. I really enjoy the stay. will book again whenever visit this area.
