This is a super comfortable, thoughtfully-crafted, new home on a spacious property, and it's just a short 5-10 min walk to the center of Pavones where the main wave was breaking when we visited in April 2024. The property manager was above-and-beyond in his kindness, helpfulness, and openness! We were most grateful to learn about pura vida life from our various conversations with him!

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb property, and it’s all thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by the owner Mitch and manager, Keiner. From the moment we arrived, Keiner went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of perfect. The property itself was stunning, with every detail carefully thought out to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location was fantastic, offering both convenience and tranquility. What truly set this stay apart was Keiner’s warmth and attentiveness. He greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel instantly at home. Throughout our stay, Keiner was always available to answer any questions and offer recommendations, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. We can’t thank Mitch and Keiner enough for his exceptional service and for making our stay so special. We highly recommend this Airbnb property to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience. A comfortable house on a beautiful quiet private location with lots to offer. Great beds, clean bathroom and kitchen, good wifi signal. The ac was necessary at times and worked well-there are also plenty of fans in the house. Sitting on deck in the rocking chairs watching the toucans and listening to the waves was our favorite thing to do. There is a big outside shower which was perfect after a day in the water. In addition to the house, there is covered patio on one side of the property with hammocks-perfect for chilling out. The house comes with bikes which were in good condition. The yard has many different types of plants that attract lots of birds and butterflies. Bring binoculars! Keiner lives in the front of the property and he was very very helpful-from finding us coconuts, to giving dining recommendations, to advice on where to catch waves. Both Mitch and Keiner were very responsive and the whole experience was really nice! Definitely coming back!

Cada día ha sido una aventura en el agua. Pero lo que ha hecho aún más especial nuestra estadía aquí es la hospitalidad de Key, el encargado de la casa. Key es, sin lugar a dudas, un anfitrión excepcional. Su actitud "Pura Vida" se refleja en todo lo que hace. Está siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa en el rostro y una actitud positiva.
