The room and the Inn are very quaint and cute! Manasquan is a great location and you are walking distance from the downtown area and a 3 min drive to the beach. Julie was great!

Julie's house is an absolute gem for anyone vacationing or in the area for school/work on a long term stay (as I was). It is very clean and check in was easy to navigate and contact free. The essentials are already provided and accessible for you, like coffee, tea, water, and snacks in the breakfast room and in the room there were towels, toilet paper, soaps, sanitizers (and Julie was very good about checking in regularly to see if anything else was needed). The rooms are very spacious and the house is quiet enough to take zoom calls in. Parking is provided very conveniently in a lot adjacent to the house. The main room was decorated beautifully and the private TV room was a great space to relax during a month away from home and made it feel very cozy. The beach is a mere 20 minute walk away through the very peaceful, picturesque town of Manasaquan. With regards to COVID, it was very easy to socially distance, wear masks, and avoid all contact with the amenity of a private bathroom. I was in this house during the winter, so probably did not even get to see all of the fun of the area, but I still had a great time and would highly recommend it wether for work or for pleasure!
