We loved, loved, loved this Homestay! Tshering is an amazing host and very caring. His sister is a fantastic cook and the food was really tasty! The other family members that help to run the place are also very kind and helpful. Our kids loved the freedom to run around and play up in the clouds without a care in the world. The view is to die for and we will definitely be coming back! This is a very special place!

The host should be more careful while booking the property and be moe spefic about the approach road to it and ylthe level of difficulty it poses to reach the place, specifically when asked before booking.

This trip to FURSAT FARMS turned out to the most memorable trip of my life . It was raining incessantly. I was living amongst the clouds . The hospitality of Tshering, Phupu, Tsgering's darling mother and of Yoghesh was exceptional. we made some friends for life. the view was to kill for and the food served to us was delicious. It was the best homemade food I had ever tasted. Even though it was raining and I had to miss out on some treks but I walked around and found unparalleled beauty in its hills, its quaint village and its forests . Do not miss this place !!!! Fursat ! Never ever have I come across a place which has justified its name in the truest sense . The unimaginably narrow turn at one of the vegetable stall sets the journey towards this place of a remarkable beauty only to be greeted by the ever smiling and energetic Phu-Phu at the entrance. Right from the go, he left no stone unturned to make us comfortable spreading his positive vibes throughout the period of stay. The secluded spot of the home stay lends a picturesque view of Sonada and adjacent towns. We are then greeted by Thsering with his infectious smile who had overseen the majority of the arrangements with utmost attention. The two mountain folks had graced us with their hospitality to feel the warmth of home in the hills. Right from food to miscellaneous stuff, there was no deficiency in terms of service. More importantly, the home stay is also a perfect getaway for Workcation as evidenced from a guest who had been staying there for a month and going about his business as usual. There a couple of hikes for one to explore and each trail transcends into unparalleled beauty of nature bringing us more to closer to the mountains. I would recommend the place to everyone who would like to shut off their tensions and like to spend some time in “fursat”. We may have left the Fursat of Darjeeling but the place has filled our lives and hearts with a bit more “Fursat” than before !!!
