We had a series of unfortunate events during this stay, starting with the electric company turning power off to the apartment. It took nearly a full day for our host to get it restored, during which time we had to spend hours charging devices in the common areas (to have light to see by from our phones), took very cold showers and lost sleep because were were not able to use the fans for sleeping during the heat wave that Mexico City was experiencing. Worse, the apartment had no screens on the windows, and mosquitoes infested the apartment. My sons woke up w dozens of mosquito bites. The next night, the power went out in the common areas so the elevator was not available. We trudged up 6 flights in the heat to find that we had no water for showers, or laundry. Fortunately the power was restored later that night. Alejandro was responsive and polite up until I requested a full refund for our stay. He did reimburse us for one night, and Airnb gave us a partial reimbursement as well.

My friends and I had a great stay at Alejandro's place! The apartment had plenty of room for the 4 of us, was very clean, and matched the description. The location was in a safe, secluded area and close enough to walk to many places of interest. Alejandro was responsive and flexible with the check in time to fit our plans. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend!

This was probably the best Airbnb experience my family and I have had in 10 years of traveling and booking on here. Alejandro's place was exactly as it was described, so it was amazing and perfectly situated in the middle of Condesa. But what really made it special was Alejandro, Adriana and Gabriela's help throughout the entirety of our stay. They were always a single message away (instantly responded) and they went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. Really just everything was wonderful and we will be back again if they'll have us.
