Great place to stay. Apartment is as shown on pictures. Rooms are small. My family and I really enjoyed the restaurant down stairs. Kitchen was also fully equip. A plus being provided with drinkable water.

We had a lovely stay at Peninsula Ixtapa. Guillermo was easy to communicate with, and gave us all the details we needed for a smooth check-in and was in communication during our stay as well. We arranged for Miguel to pick us up at the airport for a ride back to the airport, which and was seamless and very convenient. Miguel was a delight and an excellent resource. One thing that may have been helpful would have been a binder or something like that with some suggested dining options or tips and tricks about getting around. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, but there was a bit of a "musty" smell for the first couple of days that we mentioned on check-in but it was not addressed. Overall, it did not affect the quality of our stay. Highly recommend massages with Alejandro on the property. The on site staff was not always overly polite or available. I think they would have sold more and definitely made more tips if they had been more engaged at the pool bar. Will be back!
