If this place improves the cleanliness of their swimming pool and fill clean water in the swimming pool, this stay will definitely go to next level. Prime location, good in-house food service by the care taker, room cleanlinesS, everything was simply great.

Loved our stay at Madvik Primero. The caretaker and the cook were very kind and helpful. The location is at a very prime location closer to the beach and amazing cafes.

The accommodation left us unimpressed, with some photos creating a fresher look than reality. Likely taken post-renovation, they misled our expectations. The high cost was the real reason for our disappointment. We chose the place for its kitchen, essential during our baby's weaning. Unfortunately, it was unpleasant, having moldy pans and strange smells so we didn’t want to use it much. The pool (a highlight) was dirty and half full upon arrival and sadly cleaning brought marginal improvement. Hot water issue took two days to resolve, and one en-suite lacked it. Bathrooms were shabby and poorly maintained. There was onsite staff there at all times which took us by surprise at first. They were helpful, but we eventually had to ask for a little privacy. Accommodation in India can always be a bit rough around the edges, but usually not for this high price. We actually ended up moving airbnb half way through, as it felt a bit too sad to stay there.

Great stay, the location is just amazing due the proximity to the beach and all the great bars and restaurants. Walking distance from Anjuna beach, and a lot of stores nearby. Would recommend this surely.
