We are a group of four and we stayed at Ms Ivy’s cottage for two nights. The place and the beachfront are beautiful. Ms Ivy is also very kind and accommodating. She tirelessly answered all our questions. The caretakers were also quite hospitable. Overall, we had an enjoyable time in the cottage. There are some things that may need improvement though. There were no beach essentials available contrary to what was advertised. Some kitchen equipment was not working as well. There are also maintenance issues. While the cottage itself is pretty, it is not very clean. :( As another reviewer said, a little landscaping around the property could make it better. The cottage is indeed fenced but its surrounding areas are open. There are neighboring villas and they share the same parking space as the cottage. Should you visit during peak seasons like Christmas break, it isn't as private as there are many people around and they can freely come and go inside the property. It’s a nice place for a vacation, especially for small groups. Just make sure to bring pans and utensils. If there are more than two guests arriving, bring extra towels as only two are provided with your accommodation. Beyond that, the beach is very pretty, especially around sunset. We recommend you visit during off-peak season to avoid crowds and truly enjoy the privacy of the property.

My 2nd time in this place highly recommended👌👍 the host is super kind and easy to talk to. If you want to have a private place/beach with your family/friends this place is 100% wonderful. Thank you to the host👌👍

The water was cool and refreshing. The surroundings though need to be maintained. A little more landscaping will help. The cottage was perfect!

It was worth the vacation of our whole family here. Away from noise and chaos. Apart from being private the area was nice to accommodate us and we were taken care of immediately if we needed anything. The house is clean and fully equipped apart from the vast area. With water and electricity 24 hours. The sea water is not itchy and super clear. I recommend this place.
