Excellent location very close to pub, restaurant, cafe and literally on top of the beach so couldn't have been better. Stunning view and sound of ocean, big garden for kids and dogs to play, nice kitchen dining area and lounge with open fire. Upstairs bedrooms very spacious especially the ensuite which has a balcony overlooking the sea. Downstairs room was a squeeze for two adults so bear that in mind if booking for more than 7 adults, but that made it very good value for money as we were 8 adults and 2 children and stayed for a week. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Had a great week in Yardley West and East. The garden was great for the dogs and the views were amazing. Good facilities overall. Would definitely return. Boys made good use of the sea facing shed, and wood burner.

Had such a lovely stay at Marks place. It was such an inclusive place to stay, allowing us to come on holiday with our 3 year old daughter, our dog, parents and wheelchair user. The location was beautiful, with a view straight out to sea and such Close and easy access to the dog friendly beach. Mark was so easy to contact and was extremely responsive and friendly. It really was a fabulous place to stay, I’ll definately be recommending to others and hope to return again in the future.

Yardley House has the perfect location for a beach side holiday whatever the time of year. 2 of our party are wild swimmers and the location was just right for them to enjoy their swim each day. The dogs enjoyed the nearby walks. Everything has been thought of to provide a relaxing stay. Particularly enjoyed sitting in the shack with the log burner going looking out to sea. Thank you for a memorable break.

We had a lovely stay at Yardley House. There were 10 girls celebrating a 50th birthday & the house was perfect. Good space, beautiful views & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
