Positives: - villa and pool matched description - pool is nice size @10 metre length so is nice swim - pool is mostly in the sun all day, so is nice and warm - the view from the villa is very good - everything works well - if you want to visit the beach, it is very close (approx 5 minute walk) - although the villa is quite small (approx 90 metres square) it has three double bedrooms each with a double bed. So big enough for 4 person family. Negatives: - the wifi is very slow and intermittent. It is a 4G mobile receiver which then sends wifi to your devises so the internet speed is around 1 mbps (i.e. very slow). But OK if you just want to check and send emails a few times per day. - the two air conditioning units are in the living room and the kitchen; they work very well in those areas. However the three bedrooms can get warm at night unless the bedroom doors are left open.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, everything was as described. The pool was amazing with excellent view to the sea.

Perfekte Aussicht, tolle Lage . Auch besonders schön zum Wandern ist das Naturgebiet hinter dem Haus Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful house. Just what we wanted for our summer holiday in France. It is very well located in a very quiet and charming location. Marie is a very attentive and responsive host.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The location, the view, the outdoor space and the pool were simply perfect. Also the house is super nice and well equipped. The only thing we thought that could be better was that one of the bathrooms was very tiny. Since we stayed in a group of 4 plus 1 toddler, this was ok though and nothing that would keep us from returning. The communication with Marie concerning a misfunction of some outdoor lights etc. was at times a bit slowly, presumably because this was a busy time. However, Juliette was very helpful and quick to explain everything and in the end we found a solution and things were fixed. Since the house is in the middle of a very green community full of trees etc. it is important to not leave anything outside that could be of interest for aunts etc., which we did not, however they would still come so that we had to clean the outdoor floor around the table quite often. Also, there was wild boar outside the house on the street below from time to time. We just kept the gate closed, which made it impossible for them to enter. I can recommend this listing and would return anytime.
