Arrival/Departure: Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm Check out is by 10 AM. Pet Policy: No pets allowed with travelers. The Ocean Dunes Community has a strict policy that only condo owners are allowed to bring pets. Those with allergies should be aware that the property owner has a cat who may have visited prior.   Ccancellation Policy: - Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking - After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee - After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee. *This property has pest control scheduled for the second Tuesday-Thursday of every month. You do not need to be present, but access must be granted.* Things To Do: Adventure awaits.
