I was able to check in only minutes after I sent the request, she was very quick. One of the days I accidentally locked myself out. When I called Teresa, she had someone over to help me in less than 10 minutes. The place was beautiful. Teresa was awesome, I would definitely recommend her.

When we got to the unit we noticed some drinks left behind thought they were left for us by the host until we looked around the unit had not been cleaned yet. Teresa was responsive and moved us to another unit. Unfortunately the other unit was leaking from the ceiling in the living and the toilet wasn’t properly flushing. We are grateful though for the quick response and getting moved to the second unit. The ceiling and the toilet were something we could deal with for the night to have a roof over our head on Christmas Eve.
