Good place for long stay if you don't need getting city center every day. On other hand it's not far away from Fatih, you can get to University (Vezneciler) on bus in 40 min. Also, there is tramway, good option to get in Eminonu ferries or to Galata. Keep in mind that house is located on the hill, and road to it from public transport is steep. There are small groceries (BIM), butcher shop and other small shops and caffe around this area (everything you need for everyday shop). Pretty quiet district. I'd stay here again; we had wonderful days. Thank you Kaan!

I lived all winter of 2022-2023 in the apartment. All was very well! The apartment is big and it has a beautiful view of the Golden Horn river. The apartment has a lot of things, and all things work. When we lived the heater broke down twice, but Kaan fixed it quickly. I worked from home and the Internet connection was very good, and the table and office chair was comfortable. Around of place, nobody speaks English, but a lot of cafes and shops with very friendly employees. Kaan speaks English very well. Near the apartment, you can get several buses to all points of the European part of Istanbul or to the metro. The temperature was comfortable in the apartment during the coldest days of winter.

Kaan is a wonderful host. The apartment was clean and spacious. You will find everything you need for comfortable living. And view is just amazing!!! Location is not so close to the touristic center, it will take time to get to the main sights. This just a kind note for letting you know. (Kaan warned us about it before we rented)

The apartment is even better in real life, everything is very comfortable and the view is great. Kaan is a very considerate and hospitable host, he does his best to make you feel at home. All in all, great option, I highly recommend staying here!
