We had fun staying at Dr. Neil's place. The room was clean and spacious, and had appliances and furniture that made our long-term stay more comfortable. Tita Marge and the rest of the family is helpful and friendly. The location is peaceful and away from the loud and crowded parts of the beach. I also love that there are other areas you can stay in. I love spending my mornings in the bar area to watch the beach. There is also a co-working space where you can get a glimpse of the beach. The internet at that time is not stable enough to use for work, so we bought a pocket wifi. Anyway, I love the place and we will definitely come back here. Thank you Dr. Neil and family!

Good space and quality furniture that holds up for large Americans like myself. Decent price for a private place by the beach. Gated complex and all provisions provided for cooking, Linen and towels. They have a space to shower after a visit to the beach.

This is the place to go for peace and calm! 1. Accessibility - Ocean breeze is ~250 m from the highway. Although we didn't bring a private vehicle, going to Bacnotan market and San Juan is a breeze because there are PUJs passing by the highway. There are also minimarts and restaurants nearby which are at most 10 mins walk away. 2. The resort - Our suite was clean and "maaliwalas" with a kitchen, balcony, and windows facing the sea. And the digital lock is so convenient. The hosts and staff are accommodating and it was easy to talk to them if ever we needed anything which made our stay comfortable. They also have a spacious and al-fresco coworking space equipped with wifi, tables, and outlets. The whole place is quiet and apt if you want a good rest or a deep dive in your work. 3. The beach - they have private access to the beach. And even in the holidays, it was not as crowded as San Juan which we enjoyed. It was quiet and clean as well.

Our stay was bad. We booked a rm w/ ocean views but given a studio rm w/o any view of the ocean. Host claimed that sum1 else bookd ahead of us bt we find this BS as ABNB should've blocked those dates if it were true. Host didn't inform us abt the chnge in rm if it was indeed due 2 anther bookng outside ABNB. Major concern was the host's behavior of turnng off AC while we're away. The rm didn't come w/ fan so we relied on AC for comfort. This was inconsiderate, disrespectful, and against d terms of use. D listing didn't mention limit on the AC use. Our dogs r family but they disrgarded this & acted inconsderately. D rm was nice w/ good kitchen & spacious CR. Loc was convenient & resto had good servce frm friendly staff. D misleadng rm assignment, lack of communication, & d AC concern impacted our experience. We cannot recommend them until these issues are addressed. We had hoped for better treatment & respect as paying guests. Potential guests should consider points before booking.
