I really loved everything about this lovely home, it was everything we imagined it was clean it was peaceful and my family loved it as well…. Ana you was very helping and respond very fast and I thank you a lot we’ll be visiting again

4 adults, 4 children stayed for a vacation to Disney parks/universal. House was great. Each bedroom has its own private or attached bathroom. House is very clean with some wear and tear but otherwise very comfortable! Pool is great, has fence (removable) for safety with children. Hot tub was GREAT after parks and long days. There was some pool floats and toys at the house the kids were able to use. We did have a infant along and house was equipped with pack n play, high chair, stroller as well as infant bouncy seat. Fully equipped kitchen with BLENDER, if your looking for frozen drinks :) We did not use the grill until the very last night and unfortunately was out of propane which was a bummer. We didn't use the clubhouse amenities too much due to loving the house! All communication with Ana was very positive and she was very responsive! We would definitely book again! Very close to parks, shopping, and Walmart is only 2 min down the road. Very convenient location!

Perfect location for our 1st Disney trip! Just a short drive from all the major parks. Kids loved playing in the pool most days. The Windsor Hills clubhouse/pool was fantastic! House is mostly as described - essentials are provided. Game "room" isn't exactly a room. It's more like a foosball table and pop-a-shot in a garage (but that was fine for us). Pool furniture wasn't in great condition (missing bolts/falling apart). Some cosmetic wear and tear throughout the house (walls, cabinetry, etc.). If you are looking for a "no-frills" kind of house in a great neighborhood with convenient access to Universal, Disney, etc., this would be a great option. It's affordable and clean and the beds are comfy enough - which is exactly what we needed. Disney is expensive enough, don't spend more money on a house you won't really spend time in!

My stay was wonderful, Ana was responsive and kind, the only concern I had was with the pool. Upon Arrival the pool had ants all inside the pool, and the bottom of the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The pool did come with a net that was used to scoop out a majority of the ants. The house itself was beautiful and clean. I would more than likely stay here again.
