Such a beautiful holiday home . Plenty of room for 6 Adults and 6 children , also four dogs. We had an amazing Christmas 🎄 there. It was lovely and warm and cozy will definitely love to go again . Thank you so much for being such amazing hosts 🎄♥️

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It has everything you need and the set up is perfect for hosting big groups for any type of event. The location is incredible with walks from of the front door in every direction. We will absolutely be back!

Fabulous house in a beautiful, peaceful setting ! The house was lovely and warm, kitchen was large, spacious and homely. We were there as three families with kids ranging from 10 to 18, and there was plenty of room to chill and relax without getting on top of each other. Stunning scenery all around house, lovely safe and secure garden for the dog ! There are fabulous walks all around and out the back gate ! The pictures really don't do it justice. James & Lu recommended a local caterer Malton relish who came on the Sunday evening and brought the most amazing 3 course meal , it was excellent value too. We visited Dalby Forest (30 min drive) and Filey (20 min drive). James & Lu were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble, they left us some welcome treats and were really accommodating. Thank you for a fabulous weekend !
