Jim was easy to get ahold of and answered questions and followed up after a conversation. House was nice and the backyard will be great when the outdoor kitchen area is completed.

Jim was so kind to let us book literally the night before our stay. We had another Airbnb booked for Christmas, but with unforseen circumstances, the host ended up refunding us the day before we were supposed to be there. So, us in panic mode did some quick research and ended up going with Jim's place instead. The house was beautiful but not infant proof. There were a lot of knickknacks for him to get ahold of. This was an easy fix, though we just put everything on higher shelves! We did have an incident where he snuck past us, though, and broke a porcelain platter. I immediately messaged Jim and asked how much I owed, and he was very kind and only charged $10, which I thought was very reasonable! The house itself was very stocked, and the beds were so comfy! The only thing I thought was odd was there is a mini golf area, but no putter. We ended up buying one and leaving it there for the next family! Overall, our stay was wonderful, and the kids loved the pool and spa!

Jim was very responsive. The home was clean and very spacious. Would most definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.
