Tracy and Geoff were amazing and personable hosts. I visited the UK with my daughter and uncle in July 2023. Immediately upon booking the AirBnB, Tracy reached out. She provided us with a wealth of information to prepare for our arrival and information about the area. They were extremely flexible with check-in time and Geoff received us upon arrival (he even prepared us a cup of tea!). The flat was immaculate; it was perfect, just as it was listed. The beds were comfortable and the fish tank was a beautiful touch. The flat as a whole made us feel at home. They even provided some grocery staple items to kickstart our stay. Throughout the stay, we had queries regarding shopping and Geoff was helpful in guiding us. The location of the flat is easily accessible to the motorway and nearby Bicester Village and shopping centres. We were able to take daily walks in the nearby park taking in the picturesque view and the peace of nature. We would recommend this flat to anyone.

Tracey and Geoff have created a clean, spacious and efficient apartment which really worked well for us from location and ease aof access point of view too. They were exceptionally helpful to us in our special needs too! I would always choose their place again in the future, it makes such a difference when the owners make your stay away from your own comforts as easy and relaxing as they do!

We stayed at Tracey & Geoff's for almost 2 months, and it suited us perfectly. The flat is very comfortable, homely with nice big rooms and absolutely everything you would need. Wifi is great, with 2 of us working during our stay with no issues. The location is great , easy parking out the front door, short walk to town or to Bicester Village and only a couple of minutes for the train station to Oxford or London. Geoff & Tracey were really helpful, had one small issue and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Great place to stay for a long or short stay.
