We were disappointed with the check in procedure as it was not as advertised and we had a bit of difficulty getting access. When we arrived at the property, there was loud music from a bar downstairs which went on until the early hours of the morning, every evening except one. The next morning, we realised the property was divided into 2, separated only by a door. There is an office/working from home going on next door with phones constantly ringing, loud conversations and people in and out until around 5pm, therefore this property advertised as comfortable and tranquil is only half right. Also, we booked this accommodation because it advertised free parking on premises. We asked about the parking when we arrived and were told it is street parking which was annoying as we arrived late at night with a baby and much luggage in the pouring rain. On a plus, the property is comfortable and warm and well equipped including sufficient linen for the duration.

Casa molto pulita a 5 minuti dal lago di Iseo, 2 supermarket ben forniti nelle vicinanze. La casa comoda e accogliente con 2 bagni grandi e puliti.
