Great location, close to the beach and amenities. The apartment was renovated, well equipped with kitchen and utensils but mattress were uncomfortable and no formal couch on the lounge, just the outdoor sofa was kept in lounge room. The unit was situated on 3rd floor and no lift so it can be harder for elderly people. We didn't mind the stairway as the view from the top was great. Also, real estate ladies were very kind and easy to communicate. Overall, it was good experience for us, we stayed total 9 nights.

This unit is in a good location but too expensive for what it is. The unit needs a lot of maintenance all the doors are stiff and could easily break if you tried to close them properly. There was no supply of toilet paper and both toilet seats were broken. Unit has been renovated but it needs a lot more work.
