My husband and I appreciated Lyle's responsiveness to my questions. The condo was nicely furnished, squeaky clean, and stocked with nice amenities such as a blender and lots of towels. It's location is great for anyone who likes to explore a lively city by foot. There is good public transportation nearby as well. Lyle arranged for us to use one of his neighbor's parking passes, so we were able to use the building's garage for our car. We had to pay, but it was less expensive and more secure than if we had parked in a public garage or on the streets. The deck on top of the building was a nice bonus. It afforded lovely views of Seattle. I really appreciated Lyle's positive response when I asked him if we could host two of our friends for an afternoon visit in the condo. All in all, the condo was a nice home base for our adventures in a wonderful city!

Had a very wonderful stay at Lyle’s place. We were visiting for the weekend and walked everywhere! Pike’s place, the ferry to Bainbridge, all the tourist spots. It was the perfect location. We definitely brought our walking shoes. We ate at Meekong Bar, the pho place right next door a few times and loved it! Whole Foods was .5 miles away and with all of the appliances, cooking was great and saved us some money. Overall, would absolutely stay again. Had everything you need and more

Condo was a great location. Shower tub was narrow/small and shower head did not produce as much water to feel sufficient. Overall, the condo was clean other than dust/lint build-up on the dryer.

Lyle’s unit was very clean and was in a convenient location, walkable to a lot of restaurants and sites to see. Lyle provided clear instructions so check in and out was easy!
