We had a blast while staying at SONDER. The location is an easy walk or scooter to a ton of great restaurants, breweries, and attractions. It was nice to be so close to Belmont and Vanderbilt so we could go check out some university and community history as well!

Be warned - check in is a nightmare. My arrival link didn’t work (even 3 days out) and after 40 mins of sitting outside the place on the phone with a rep, it took her sending 3 links and a facial recognition step to even get the room number. I had a 5 day booking and we were only given 3 towels, one had to be used as a barrier on the shower floor because the water drains to the middle of the bathroom. There wasn’t enough coffee, but street parking is easy, and the area is walkable. Other than that it’s a cute place and the bed was fine. Overall it could be more user friendly and have an amenities check in.

I read in the reviews the only complaint was that the beds were stiff, and that was correct, but after lots of walking it didn’t matter if the bed was stiff or not. The bathroom shower floods onto the bathroom floor a bit, just needed to put a towel down as well! otherwise it was a great stay very easy, quick no communication problems, and they were so accommodating. Would highly recommend !

decent location. mattress in bedroom was rock hard, we ended up sleeping in the pull out couch after the first night. all of the sheets and comforters had stains in them. check in was easy and for an added fee we were able to check in early over the place was okay. but the linens definitely need attention.
