Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds and pool are well maintained. We didn't use the pool a lot but many of did. We enjoyed walking around and found great places to eat and shop.

Great location for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay in a less touristy and congested area of PV. It's very close to Plaza Palmar de Aramara, a wonderful market with great places to eat that locals go to and all the great food carts on Universo in La Aurora. We appreciated the peace and quiet and being away from all the other tourists. Highly recommend staying here if you don't want the typical "resort tourist" PV experience. Marlene's place is perfect if you need to have space to work remotely, the internet works well and the two bedroom, two full bathroom set up is very helpful. The laundry machine was a big plus too! It was clean, smoke free and Marlene was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions, requests of issues. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Marlene's apartment. The decoration was wonderfully done – clean, stylish, and the overall ambiance was quite cozy. The only slight drawback (a common norm in many places in PV) was that we were unable to invite friends over. The apartment's location is conveniently close to several tourist attractions, easily accessible via Uber rides costing around 50 to 100 pesos. Both Marlene and Adriana were incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place and will definitely consider visiting again.

Agradable lugar con todo lo indispensble, muy seguro, con muy buen horario de la alberca (hasta las 10:30pm), solo observamos unos detalles con la limpieza.
