The room is spacious and cozy. The property is situated in a beautiful canyon and there are plenty of animals (say hi to Chuck the pig for me).

We enjoyed our stay, it was a convenient location between Zion and Bryce Canyon with lots of other outdoor activities (within driving distance) to do besides those main destinations. Place was clean, bed was comfortable, Austin and Abrianna had great communication and made our stay pleasant.

Super convenient to get to Bryce AND Zion. Not much around but gas stations plenty close. The animals on the property were unbelievably cute. Hosts are very friendly and kind! WiFi works well and you’re only a few minutes away from service (at least if you have AT&T). The unit was a little cold after leaving for a while, but the little electric fireplace works great. It wasn’t an issue for me that there’s no kitchen sink.

Good location as was convenient to Bryce Canyon and Zion Natl Parks; easy to find; easy to get it; host was very responsive when I had questions; lack of kitchen sink a drawback, but I was aware of that when i rented.

It is off the beaten path but nice and quiet. Easy access to roads to Zion. The only thing that bothered us was that there was no kitchen area that had a sink to wash dishes, had to wash them in the bathroom sink. Everything else was great .....well wifi was spotty and couldn't get into netflick but could get into disney plus. TV was not a main concern to us. They have friendly dogs and lots of cats plus some other farm creatures. I would stay there again.
