We enjoyed our stay. It is spacious, welcoming and comfortable. It was our first time traveling with a larger group of 8, so we were all happy that we all had a space to be in comfortably without feeling that we were in someone else’s space. The location was perfect for us. Kept us near the university and the travel to Myrtle Beach was very straight forward. I appreciate how Hig checked in to see how everything was going. Hig was responsive and kind. I would book again if we require the space for a larger group.

This is an older home in need of updates. Uneven floors in the dining area are a trip hazard. Floors in the master bathroom are soft in spots. The furnishings are dated and the sofa was soiled. Of the 4 bedrooms only one bed in the master had a top sheet. We did find an additional top sheet in a closet for an additional bed. Overall the place was not very clean. Being a pet friendly unit it met our needs but I would not book it again.

It was not my favorite place to stay. I definitely did not like the location. It was 30 minutes from the beach but I can’t really speak too much on it because I didn’t even get to stay a whole four hours there. I ended up having a family emergency and having to leave early.
