The host is friendly and supportive. The response is quick and prompt.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at this apartment due to unforeseen circumstances but the host kindly booked 2 hotel rooms with breakfast in a local hotel for us at no extra charge. He then phoned me on the day of our arrival to check that everything was ok with our stay. Amazing customer service.

We are in a process of being accredited by The Serviced Apartments Association (ASAP). We are passionate about what we do and we continually strive to do it well and better each time.
