Everything was as advertised. The only thing I would have mentioned in their instructions is that the WiFi instructions are on a card by the front door.
Really loved this accommodation. It was just right for what we needed for our trip. It was in a good location, nice peaceful area but within walking distance to Hillboro village and close to a bus stop for the trolley tour. It was exactly like the pictures. It was comfortable and cosy. Had lots of kitchenware and towels. My only criticism is that the instructions on how to find apartment 11 were not as clear as could be. It wasn't mentioned that it was upstairs in the check in info and their were no clear signs. We were also only told the door code for the apartment and not the main entry door. Lucikly it was unlocked on arrival. Also we weren't told to download the sonder app which had all the information in about door codes etc. We only found this out when we arrived inside the apartment and needed a WiFi password. This could have been included in the check in email I received 2 days prior to check in. But otherwise everything else was to a good standard!
We had a really frustrating experience with Sonder as the Airbnb host and I would not return nor recommend it to anyone. There were other cute places to stay in Music Row, for about the same price, and most likely a lot less wasted time. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and then their website didn't work, so it was a completely useless endeavor and wasted about a half an hour of my time. They failed to give me all the proper check-in info, so we had to spend another hour trying to figure out how to get into the place. And then we discovered the kitchen sink was leaking, and I messaged them to make sure they were aware (and so I wouldn't get charged), and they never responded. They actually still have not read my message. We couldn't use the kitchen sink all weekend. The place was fine, mostly as described and mostly clean, but the check-in and unresponsiveness really ruined it for us.
