it was a very clean home, the garage was a bit confusing and I almost got locked out of the building one night because the lobby closes.

This was a horrible experience me and my boyfriend booked this room just in time for New Years Eve. I asked the host days before we’re the place was located the response was by the Galleria. This was true, however there were no further instructions on a building number or complex addition name. We drove after work we got to Dallas later than 3p check in. I message the host multiple times to let her know we were on our way. Once we arrived I was told to call the host’s sister. We call the sister; she saids “ I don’t have a car I live close by, you can pick up the key” We drive 5 min to pick up the key. Call the sister no response. The host text saying the sister left the key in her Boyfriend car. We were out a place to stay! Thank God the AC Hotel was right next door. All and all no communication or professionalism with this hosts if you knew I was coming and there was no confirmed cancellation naturally you would prepare fit your guest. Keep in contact or something. I did receive a refund but my experience was stressful especially on New Years Eve. Much time was wasted. Bottom line I would not book with this host.

Nice place. Checking in and parking were a bit confusing and messages on the app were not returned. I called the host finally. She was kind. Overall a nice place.

Just wasn’t happy with it. Didn’t have any towels to shower with. Had to start the dryer and wait till they were done drying so I capsule shower. Bathtub was black and dirty.
