Great location and amazing view. Easy parking. Clear instructions. 10mins away from Heavenly. Close to multiple cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants. Fast wifi.

Had a pleasant stay on the shores of the lake! The room was cozy and clean, and we slept super soundly on the comfy bed. Can’t beat the location or the view!

10A can’t be beat for it’s amazing view and great lawn that is waterfront. Coffee in the morning and dinner at night outside was lovely. The unit’s central location to amenities was super great. The unit is right next to a park with walking trails along the shore. Tom and Mandy were so helpful with suggestions of places to visit. Such an easy reservation and stay. The unit is quite small, but perfect for two. It got very stuffy and warm at night, even with a fan (which Tom and Mandy provide in the unit). Sleeping was uncomfortable because of the lack of air flow, but the construction of the building is what it is. We definitely felt well provided for! Thanks, Tom and Mandy!

The property was exactly as listed. The lake is your backyard and the view is amazing! It felt very safe and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. As others mentioned, it does get warm at night with no AC. There were a couple of fans which helped. I would suggest an accessible outlet where the dresser is, so the fans could be placed on the dresser for good airflow. I would also suggest having at least one wash rag per guest, as you will get hot and sweaty on your hikes. We would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for absolute peace, tranquillity and a wonderful lawn space just outside your room to watch the stunning sunrise, sunsets and shooting stars across Lake Tahoe then this is the place for you! The location is truly wonderful!! You have direct lake access via some steps just at the perimeter of the property which is perfect for SUP or kayaks or anything similar! There’s a lovely playground for younger children too. Tom and Mandy are great hosts and communication was excellent throughout the process. There is ample parking right infront of the building and the property is centrally located and a short drive from everything you could ever need! And walking distance from some bars and restaurants too. We only wished there was AC in the room as we were incredibly hot at night time for our 2 night stay in July, even with the fans kindly provided by Tom and Mandy! But the views really are incredible and we will never forget our stay at South Lake Tahoe. Thank you 🙏
