In a very safe neighborhood located in the center of Greenwood. Looking for professionals. Walking distance to Lander University and to the Dog Park. Ample parking, very fast wifi, grilling area, and very clean and also quite. This room has its own private entrance to the house through the fenced in back yard. The house stays super clean. We all have full time jobs and we stay very quite.

Located conveniently in the center of Greenwood in an upscale neighborhood. Perfectly safe area to jog even at night. Friendly neighbor allows you to borrow tools whenever you need them.

Dog park is less that a quarter mile from the house they have good jogging trails. House is literally in the center of Greenwood. Hospital is 7 minutes away. Most of the plants that are expanding are less than 15 minutes away.
