The place was amazing! As beautiful as the photos. And the location is fantastic - Hagley Park is basically across the street and it's just a short walk through the park to the Botanic Gardens. There are many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and New Regent Street is only about a 15 minute walk away. The only nitpick to be aware of is that parking is a bit tight and would be difficult with a large car. I had a compact SUV and was able to get in by going just past the garage and then backing in. With a large SUV, it would have been tough.

Perfect for 4 couples, lots of space to socialise etc. easy walking to town and central for all our needs. Katie was always responsive when we had questions. Would stay again for sure

Highly recommend,,beautiful property to stay in with great location..great host and good communication...everything is close by and city centre is a nice 10 minute walk..
