Stayed at Nicole's place while attending a concert in Syracuse. Very nice place - weather wasn't great for us but right on the lake - beautiful view. I can imagine it would be a great place to stay when weather is warmer to enjoy the lake. Host communication was excellent - "treats" left were much appreciated. Bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Polar Beach was a nice quiet place with serene atmosphere for my family and dog - of course we were off season and I expect the area is quite busy during the summer/warmer months. We enjoyed the cozy living room with the wood paneling, comfy leather couches and gas fireplace. It has all the essentials, met our expectations but is quite small if your intent is to spend a bunch of time indoors. We used it as a launch pad and place to rest after busy days of visiting friends and family in the region and it worked out great.

Nice little house. The propane fireplace is a nice touch to the house. Very clean and accurate listing.

Perfect and cozy weekend getaway! Nicole was super helpful prior to check in and the house was everything we wanted. The location on the lake was beautiful!
