We stayed here the night before our departing flight and it was everything we needed! Very spacious apartment with everything you could need and just a 15 minute drive to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Emma's apartment for the last night. It was great, everything was there, fully equipped kitchen, large rooms. Not far from the airport. We were even able to check in earlier than 7pm. That was great. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Iceland.

We stayed at Emma's for around two weeks. It was a perfect location for us because we did not want to be right in Reykjavík. You will definitely need a car here, but it is a great spot to head out an explore the volcano (around 25 minutes, from Reykjavík it would be over an hour), Blue Lagoon,(around 15 minutes), Reykjavík (around 40 minutes to drive), the golden circle, and so much more! It is a 15 minutes drive to Costco, which was great for getting gas and food (If you have a membership). The apartment is about half a block from the beach and a two minutes drive to the public pool, which I highly recommend. It is too bright around the house and in town to look for auroras, but a very short drive will get you to a dark area. There is a new washing machine, which was great! The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are extremely omfortable, the pull out bed was even more comfortable than the regular bed with the addition of the winery bed topper. Currently the people behind the house are building a deck or something, but they only work on it during the day and we were always out, or getting ready to go out exploring. I highly recommend walking the trail near the beach and checking out the ruins there. Emma is a great communicator, I would definitely stay again!
