Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Bique ! La maison est grande et très pratique pour les groupes (plusieurs canapés dans le salon, grande table dans la salle à manger, beaucoup d'ustensiles et de couverts dans la cuisine...). Andrew a été très accueillant, je recommande !
Notre séjour s’est très bien passé: beaucoup d’activités à proximité de la maison (dégustation de foie-gras, parc pour les enfants, etc…). Le point très positif: la maison est spacieuse et fraîche; idéale pour partir entre amis. La piscine est grande et agréable. Andrew est un hôte très sympathique et très réactif.
We have had a wonderful family holiday in La Bique Clairac. We loved the fact that it wasn't too grand however there we some very easy fixable problems hence our slightly under-rated review regarding the value. Little problems for example, loo doors not shutting. ceiling lights not present( so had we had to move lamps into bedrooms). Shower fitting in bathroom had to be hand held as the fitting was wrong. Leaking downstairs loo which when I asked Christoph he knew all about it, he said it was a long standing problem not to worry. However the 2 main problems we had with the kitchen sink and dishwasher where quickly resolved by Andrew. It is definately a place we would recommend and consider returning to.
Large beautiful house, lovely swimming pool with fence, ideal for children. We enjoyed it !
Fabulous house and grounds. Swimming pool is great, a good size and surrounded by well kept gardens, and with sturdy sunbeds and parasols. Outdoor dining table is a good size for a large group to dine comfortably (we were 13 adults). Indoors is spacious and amply-equipped, and all areas link together so people could do different things whilst remaining sociable. We made good use of the bikes, it's a very flat area and the road by the river is quiet so good for less experienced cyclists too. Andrew was always quick to communicate and kept us well-informed. Would thoroughly recommend, we had a lovely week.

I live in Big Wave Bay, Hong Kong, with my wife, two sons and our three dogs. As you can probably guess from the village name we live an outdoor lifestyle, spending lots of time in the surrounding mountains and sea. We visit our homes in France, Canada and Sri Lanka at every opportunity and we hope that you will find them as homely and welcoming as we do.
