Das Strandhaus stands merely half a mile away from the shoreline, a brief 9-minute stroll or a swift 2-minute drive. This two-tiered, 1240 square foot haven boasts three bedrooms and one and a half baths, comfortably accommodating up to 6 individuals. It comes complete with all the essentials to impart that warm, homely sensation, along with the convenience of an allocated parking space. Immerse yourself in the spectacle of rocket launches right from the confines of the backyard, a privilege devoid of the need to brave substantial crowds. The kitchen houses an array of appliances, akin to what you'd anticipate in your own abode. As a thoughtful touch, we've supplied beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a cooler, boogie boards, and an assortment of beach playthings for the youngsters. Furthermore, an eclectic assortment of board games, cards, and puzzles awaits your leisure. In the Master Bedroom the Queen Bed features a memory foam mattress, while the other sleeping arrangements adhere to standard configurations. Notably, the Living Room presents a charcoal grey sleeper sofa, donning plump cushions and adorned with upholstery that exudes a soft chenille-like texture. No OTA antenna, Cable TV, or Satellite TV. Each TV is equipped with Roku devices and operates in Guest Mode, permitting visitors to seamlessly access their subscribed channels, with the assurance that their login credentials will be automatically expunged on their specified date or earlier, should they so opt. 55" 4K Roku TV in the Living Room. 43" 4K Roku TV in the Master Bedroom. 42" 1080p TV with Roku Stick in the 1st Guest Bedroom. 27" 1080p TV with Roku Stick in the 2nd Guest Bedroom.

My family of 5 (3 kids ages 7-10) had a wonderful time at Christopher and Sheryl's rental. They anticipate all of your needs - from a well stocked kitchen (1 traditional coffee maker, 1 keurig, 1 tea kettle; plenty of pots/pans/dishes; a few K-cups, spices, instapot, crockpot) to a plethora of beach supplies (a wagon, umbrella, chairs, sand castle supplies, boogie boards) to laundry supplies (laundry detergent, an ironing board and drying rack). The home was spotless and comfortable. The backyard was private and relaxing. We loved the fire pit, and the kids were thrilled to make use of the s'mores supplies waiting for us in the home. It was an easy walk to the beach (about 9 minutes). We were even able to see a rocket launch from nearby Cherie Down Park. Christopher was extremely responsive to all our questions from booking to check-out. He also provided helpful restaurant and bakery recommendations. We hope to rent this home again in the future!
The unit’s kitchen well stocked in all areas: Kitchen: Abundance of kitchen plates, cups, mugs, silverware, or other utensils, pots, and pans cutting board. Very nice cupboard space to put dry food. A good size table accommodated, five or six people easily. Bathroom: more than enough towels, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, hair shampoo, liquid soap, and conditioner, toilet paper. Beach gear: unit had a separate closet for beach gear, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, beach, toys, and accessories. Living room: the living room is comfortable, and had a TV that was easy to connect to, to access our own streaming apps. There is a desk in the living room from what you could do some work if you chose. Bedrooms: bedrooms each had a bed, closet with hangers and dresser. The master bedroom, which we used had a very comfortable bed. Each bedroom and a TV. Very nice private patio that was fenced in. Rocket launches are visible overhead from there
Don’t look anywhere else, this private quiet beautiful house is the best. First time for us in Cape Canaveral, but it won’t be the last. We stepped inside this house and smiled for hours, as it was way above and beyond our expectations. It was perfect in any way! Everything was so clean, the rooms were cozy with roll down curtains and blackout curtains on top of them, we slept so well. We found a fully (!) equipped kitchen. For example, we love baking our own bread, and were totally surprised to find a bread maker in the kitchen! Another example: there were two different coffee machines, but also a French press! Location is brilliant, a short walking distance from the beach, or 2min drive. Other than this amazing house, the best part of our seven-night stay was to see, hear and *feel* how cool is a rocket launch. Just search for 'next launch from Cape Canaveral', and park for free at the “Rocket Launch Viewing Area” on the A1A / Banana River

Christopher's place is amazing. Very clean has everything you need for a day at the beach plus lots more. He was quick and helpful with communication. I would give the house and him 10 stars if possible.
