Wonderful trip. Easy access and close to a drive on beach as well as a park and walk on beach. House was beautiful and pool /hot tub relaxing. Would rent again.

Place is great! Pool, Patio and House are exactly how they look in pics! A/C system broke day 2 with a ok response. I think for the amount of money we spent it should have been a little faster and better service. They sent over 3 companies to "fix" the A/C none of them were able to complete the task. They did provide us with portable window units for they stay but was not enough to keep the house 72. Overall it was a good place to stay but for the money it should be a little better maintained and managed.\

Due to three family members getting covid we weren’t able to enjoy the home for our vacation. But the homeowner is not very understating of the covid situation because they will not refund any of our money. We weren’t expecting a full refund but at least be a little more understanding. I get that you rent your home for the income, have property and maintenance fees but to keep all of our money is just amazing to me.

House is as pretty as the pictures! When we went the hot tub did not work so I would just check on the feature if that is something you really want.
