1.Everything seemed alright until the toilet broke down and couldn't flush until I fixed it on my own. And expect there is no Bidet around the toilet. The unit is somekind of old. The colors had been discolored already. 2. the frezzer had a bad odour. So decides not to use it at all. 3. Lastly if she can communicate faster. Average communication that time was 2hours

What an amazing host. A very good suite for an extremely great price. The host is very responsive even when she is busy traveling herself. I reported issues with wifi the evening I checked in. She tried that night to walk me thru some solutions but didn'twork. So she came over in the morning to try and help but again it wouldn't work, so she went right out and bought a new router, and problem was solved. I mentioned the ad had said there was a toaster but wasn't one in the suite but wasn't a big problem, and that lid on tea kettle wouldn't stay closed while heating up, she went out and bought new kettle and new toaster. I couldn'thave asked for a better more responsive host. Why she is not listed as a Superhost is beyond me. From my experience she is what all hosts should strive to be like. I highly recommend to anyone to stay at her places as you will be very comfortable and any concerns that you might possibly have will be dealt with immediately. Thank you again for your hospitality.

the apartment is in a good area and the condo amenities are good. the apartment itself was clean, but there were some small cockraches . I don't know how they can come in. also dead ones. the water heater is broken. Wifi worked most of the time.
