We really liked the place, it was very cool and a fun space to be in. There were multiple spots to hang out in, my husband and I didn't think the beds were uncomfortable, and the seating was quite comfy! The two reasons we didn't give five stars are because it was apparent they hadn't cleaned some areas and the heater was not working for our first night. Green Bay had recently received a large snow storm and we know lots of places were without power for multiple days and we know life happens, but it was obvious the place hadn't been pre-checked prior to our arrival. It was freezing the first night, and the owner did offer us the next day to stay at a different Airbnb they owned while we waited for the electrician to fix it. We actually didn't end up going there because we were out for food and then out on the town, but it was kind to offer. The only other thing was that we found some things in a couch, so it was clear they hadn't cleaned that before us arriving. Overall a good stay!
