Convenient and affordable, would stay here again.
Sue’s apartment is sunny and bright with a lovely comfortable bed and a balcony patio to enjoy your morning coffee. There are books and games for all ages, some cool vinyl records to listen to, and an outdoor area for the kids to play. It is a short stroll from the shops and restaurants in Northampton, Smith College, the art museum and conservatory. Sue is a swift and kind communicator, a great stay, thank you Sue!
This place was really great to stay at for enjoying the town and being able to walk to anywhere. Everything was new and there were so many amenities to make our stay easy. We only stayed one night but the wine (good Spanish red) and cheese and crackers were there for us. We also enjoyed the nice sound and media system with the records and Roku.
We loved the porch and the proximity to down town Northampton. We could walk to many places we enjoyed including the botanical gardens at Smith college. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the simple decor and Sue was friendly easy going and generous.
We were in the area for a local college lacrosse game and enjoyed the time we spent in Northampton. The unit was very well located, and we were able to walk into town for dinner. We also walked to area sites. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a thermostat to control the heat. My only complaint is that the mattress was a bit soft for my liking, but I still give the place 5 stars since others may prefer a soft mattress.

My husband Barry and I both grew up in the Boston area, lived in New York City for ten years, and settled in Northampton where we raised our two grown children. Barry owns a "new age" shop in downtown Northampton, and I am director of a local non-profit. We have traveled extensively, both in the US and abroad. Wendy, co-host for our Amherst apartments, is a mom and grandma and also works for a local non-profit. She and her boyfriend greatly enjoy traveling. Sonny, co-host for the apartments in Shelburne Falls, is a local mom, bookkeeper, and professional photographer.
