House has the potential to be great but needs some work: 1. The house was not clean, it was dusty with stains on tables & all kitchenware. We needed to wash everything before we used it. The dish cloths provided in the kitchen were stained. 2. The wifi does not work in the rooms, only the lounge & kitchen. 3. The kettle was not working & we needed to boil water in a pot. Host eventually brought a new kettle after multiple messages to him. 4. Not enough bedding provided - it is winter and each bed received only 1 blanket. The blanket provided for the king size bed was the size of a small bed and did not fit. No extra blankets provided. 5. Showered in cold water, no hot water on the 1st day. Spoke to the host & only then did he mention its a shared geyser with his own place next door & his family showered before us that day so we need to wait for the water to get hot. This had to be communicated upfront so that we knew what to expect or the host should have been considerate of guest

It was quite stressy to find out the owner was in Spain when we arrived. As by coincidence, we met his sister and parents who live in the same street, and came outside their house. Luckily they could let us in as they had a key. I don't know what we would have done otherwise. I think the house was not really prepared for our stay. It was not so clean, we hoovered the floor ourself. The children's beds were not ready but one of the family members quickly arranged that for us, very friendly people. There were a lot of wet towels and sheets in the washing room and it didn't smell very well. As nobody could welcome us, we had to search for towels, which we found in a plastic bag in the children's sleeping room. We are 4 persons and there were 3 big towels and 1 small. Which is quite few for a 3days stay ... The appartment is nice, there is a lot of space, but it's not very cosy. The light in the living room is too bright. The kitchen cupboards were broken (on the bottom) and in the shower there was no bar so we had to hold the shower nozzle in our hands. Would be handy to fix that. The beds were very comfortable and of good quality. With a few upgrades, the appartment could easily rate 5 stars, because it is a nice and spacious place. The price now is too much for the quality that is given, but would be perfect with a few extra things fixed. Meanwhile we had a nice time and tried not to pay too much attention to the deficits. Right now 3 stars for us, hopefully more in the future. Then we would like to come back.

Die Kommunikation mit Gajan war sehr gut. Wenn wir was brauchten, hat er sich schnell darum gekümmert, war sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung ist groß und ruhig gelegen, aber nah zum Zentrum und der Autobahn. Allerdings weißt sie ein paar bauliche Mängel auf (u.a. unsauber gearbeitet, wackliger Treppenhandlauf, fehlende Duschkpfhalterung und Nachttische, sowie eine unfertig renovierte Waschküche..) und in der Küche würden ein paar Grundausstattungsgegenstände mehr nicht schaden. Ein Föhn war leider nicht, wie angegeben, vorhanden. Alles in allem hat es uns aber gefallen, daher würden wir die Wohnung auch weiterempfehlen.
