I would definitely stay at this location again. It was super safe, quiet, clean, super close to the freeway, had an excellent bed (and bedding), as well as an in-room A/C. The host was responsive and provided very clear instructions. This location had plenty of safe on-sight parking, which was well lit at nighttime. One last thing worth mentioning, I loved the private courtyard entrance into the home. It contains a well maintained and neatly placed family garden with beautiful raised planter beds. This really gave me a sense of ‘being home’. :) Thank you so much for opening you home to me! You guys are excellent AirBnB owners!!

This is my second time staying here and once again the experience was great. I feel like the value for money is unbeatable in the area. The bathroom is shared with 2 other people, but they are not AirBnB guests, instead they are long term tenants and I found them quiet and clean. The room is decent size, has a separate walk in closet and has 2 desks. The host is super responsive and helpful. I particularly appreciated the new desk that they provided to me, so that I could work from home in more comfort. Internet speed was great for the area, usually >= 100 Mbps. Unlike other properties, the washer/dryer is free to use and detergent is provided. There is a cleaning lady who takes care of the place once or twice a week. My favorite feature is the AC/Heating mini split, that each room individually controls, so you can set your own temperature, instead relying on the central setting. I hope to stay here again in the future if the price does not increase.
