I debated how I was going to write this review. While we did have a lot of guests in our party the home supplied the space needed. Now I do wish they indicated that some bedrooms were connected to the same bathroom. One of the biggest issues we ran into was how run down the place was. The couches were taped up and not comfortable at all. There were clear signs of wear and tear throughout the property. Trash was left in the fridge when we checked in. Trash was outside the entry door near the garbage can on the ground which didn’t make us feel like we were in a nice area. The hot tub didn’t get warm enough to enjoy it unfortunately. These were the things that really got under our skin. Now with that being said. The location was amazing and the size of the home for the amount. Of guests we had was great. The club house was fun but unfortunately a lot of the extras shown you needed to pay more for. The amount we paid to be honest I probably could have found a bit more.

Very nice vacation home, my family enjoyed our stay here at Emily and Kevin’s air bnb! Very spacious home, nice community, peaceful, and private community. Pool in backyard with hot tub, was a very nice amenity in addition to this vacation home! The only recommendation I have for Emily and Kevin is to upgrade a few items in the home from wear and tear because people pay a nice amount of money to stay at their home.

The house was truly amazing. Huge rooms. Great for large families. Very spacious with plenty of room to sleep in, beds very comfortable, kitchen very spacious with pots, pans, utensils. dishes, cups made available. We will definitely be recommending this house to all our friends and we see ourselves coming back in the very near future, and staying here once again. Extremely reasonable price and lots of value.

Pros- location and communication were fantastic. Place was big enough for our trip. Check out procedures were very easy Cons- blankets on bed are terrible, very thin and not comfortable at all. There were ZERO wash cloths. House only had 16 towels. Normally would not be a big deal but we had to use some towels to use a bath mat and soak up the water that dripped out of the shower. One of the beds slats kept falling down. The house needs a major furniture overhaul. All the furniture is very old. couches had several patches on them. We ran out of hot water after 4 people showered. would not think this would happen with a house that sleeps 16. The coffee maker worked only half the time. I did not bring any of this to the owner’s attention. When I’m on vacation, I don’t want to have to try and deal with any problems. Not sure how the owners handle issues like these.
