Our recent stay at Sea Pines exceeded our expectations and has become our favorite so far. The location, just a short distance from Harbortown, provided a peaceful retreat away from the busy foot traffic and outdoor concerts. The unit was immaculately clean and has been recently updated, with comfortable beds, new appliances in the fully stocked kitchen, and a charming outdoor patio with a Weber BBQ. The amenities, including good internet, new TVs, and a comfortable motorized lazy boy, made our stay even more enjoyable. It's worth noting that the patio is shaded by beautiful trees with Spanish moss, perfect for those looking to escape the sun, but the pool and beach are just a short drive away. Additionally, the shared rear entrance walkway allowed for occasional interactions with friendly neighbors passing through. We have no doubt that we will return to this rental in the future, hopefully sooner rather than later.

These people are great! Outstanding communication and a very easy check in. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I will use Island time every time we visit HHI.

Island Time was very helpful and answered any questions almost immediately. The unit was clean and a great location for all island activities. Decorated beautifully. The only hiccup was that there were no paper towels, soap, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, and a few other things that would have been helpful if I had read the items provided list carefully. These things didn't cost a lot to provide and would have been nice for the price paid. There was a complementary bag of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Sometimes little things make a big difference.

Outstanding location, cute condo. Needs to be updated. I would be back in a heartbeat if place were cleaner and updated. Island Time needs to communicate better and add little things like bars of soap, working toilet paper holders and zone/update AC.
