Tolle Unterkunft direkt an einem angelegten See innerhalb eines Resorts. Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet und die Dachterrasse lädt zu langen Sommernächten ein. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass einige Küchenutensilien wie zum Beispiel ein großer Topf gefehlt haben. Ansonsten nur zu empfehlen.

Renter beware that your "host" may be a private owner and not the listed host. However, per airbnbs policy, if an organization is listed as the host they are also liable. We did not receive the place we rented. The host emailed once. It was not updated in the system or in the app. I did not see it or agree to it when we checked in. We had been moved to another rental which did not have the same number of beds and all the other rentals at the resort were full. Part of our family had to get a hotel room. I was not reimbursed for those added costs as arbnb states is possible in their policy documents. I went through the process to try to get airbnb to arbitrate but they never did. The couch was broken in the middle and held up by a peice of 2 x 4. We saw roaches on both floors of the rental. One of the double bed mattresses had a huge sag in the middle and caused back issues.

This is such a great location! We stayed here with 3 adults and 5 children, and had plenty of room. The house is even cuter in person than in the pictures. We rented a golf cart, which made it so fun to get around the community. Would definitely come back!
