I just read Cuong, Sachse, TX review. Wish I had read it before our stay. It is exactly what happened to us. We booked a Villa of 7 bedrooms for two nights. We were a group of 8 adults and 5 children. The directions to get there was very difficult. We had an experienced private driver from Itaty who made it to the villa. If we were driving on our own we wouldn't have made it. When we got there they gave us another villa, much smaller, of 4 bedrooms. The person that received us was very rude and told us that was our only option because the other villa was not cleaned. His attitude and bad service produced a discussion an argument. It was night, we couldn't go any other place. Piero told us they would only charge us one night. So we stayed and the next day they gave us a bigger villa. We are still waiting for the refund of the first night as agreeded. I have to add that the next day a representative of the owner of the villa stopped by and apologized. But the bad experience, arguments, and discussion of the night before clouded our stay.
