overall the experience was ok and I don't blame resort share. The pictures do not match the resort that well. The pool area is nice but all the other activities are lacking. The pool table area has used clothes on it along with several stains. The room was decent but did have left over stuff in the bathroom from the prior guests. The resort is showing it's age and needs some updating. The Italian restaurant on site is pretty rough. Checking in is a process as you go to the front desk and check in but before you get your room keys and parking passes you have to go see the "concierge" aka the times share sales people. They try and get you to sit in on presentations and sell you activities. They will drag the process out unless you just say no and demand your keys and pass. On the day of checkout which was at 10am housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9:30 telling us to get out so they could clean..

Um estadia tranquila. Bom lugar, limpo e boa localização. Com certeza ficaremos novamente outras vezes.

El departamento muy cómodo y hermoso, tal como en las fotos, el club y sus amenidades ideales para disfrutar en familia. Pudimos ingresar a la playa por una de sus propiedades con parqueo incluido. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía.
