Me he hospedado durante 3 semanas aquí. Pros: - Muy bien comunicado en metro con todo - Muy cerca de supermercados - Fácil de encontrar - Nos dejaron entrar antes de las 15 (les pedí el favor y me lo concedieron) - Entran a limpiar todos los jueves Contras: - Hace un calor excesivo en la habitación. No es normal que con todos los radiadores apagados hiciera ese calor (nos tuvimos que comprar mangas cortas para soportarlo) - Si vais dos personas el espacio es muy reducido, para una persona sí - La calidad del wifi es muy mejorable, si vas a teletrabajar este no es tu lugar - Tuvimos sonidos de obra al lado de la habitación dos días - Utilizar la lavadora y la secadora son excesivamente caras (17€ dos lavadoras y dos secadoras) - La limpieza es buena pero se podría mejorar - La ducha tenía un olor a cañería muy desagradable - La luz del baño hace un ruido excesivo Para lo caro que es Munich no está mal, pero creo que el precio es excesivo. Si vienes unos días sí te lo recomiendo.

Tolle Lage, gut beheiztes Zimmer, leider etwas dünne Wände bzw. sehr laute Nachbarn (aber das ändert sich ja auch häufig in einem Hotel)

The staff at the Living Hotel were really lovely, speaking both English and German with great correspondence. The location is ideal with Rosenheimer Platz Sbahn a 5 min walk away. I would say our stay over two weeks was exactly as prescribed from the host and the hotel themselves and the laundry with app addition was really handy. The one problem we had was cleanliness, the cleaning staff in this hotel in general needs to be addressed. In the hall (not the room we rented but leading too) there was a fake nail and a large dead moth on the carpet that remained for days, despite the cleaners in the hall every day. Beyond this our room is ready for a deep clean, on the surface everything was fine, but the bathroom is developing mould and needs attending too, especially where you hang your towels as this then made them smelly and unusable. All in all I would recommend this place, after a deep clean. Oh lastly - the Quattro Formaggi pasta in the restaurant downstairs is to die for!!!!
